You may create an account to save your personal information, shipping and billing addresses, and order history for future purchases. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where we suspect misuse, fraudulent activity, or non-compliance with these terms.
Payments are processed securely through our payment processor. By submitting payment, you authorise us to charge the applicable amount to your selected payment method. All payment data is handled in accordance with PCI-DSS standards. Aura Labs does not store full payment card numbers.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of payment confirmation. Delivery times vary by carrier and destination. Aura Labs is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control. Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer upon dispatch.
Aura Labs reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including but not limited to: suspected misuse, payment failure, supply constraints, or orders that appear to violate these terms. In the event of cancellation, any charges collected will be refunded.
